Verlin has an extensive professional background in the commercialization of real estate properties, mediation between buyer and seller, management of documentation and contracts, incorporation and administration of Condominiums, as well as real estate properties, etc. He focuses his practice in activities preliminary to real estate development, negotiation and closing of deals, and general real estate law matters.

He additionally has vast knowledge in the area of Insurance and bonds, and all other aspects related to Law 146-02 and its implementation procedures.
