Civil: Has experience assisting and advocating for clients in a diverse range of legal disputes, such as compensation claims for damages, property rights disputes, foreclosures, judicial debt procedures, and others. General civil contractual assistance. Advisory regarding the drafting and negotiation of commercial transactions, such as contracts for the purchase and sale of real estate and/or moveables, financing, lending and guarantees, real estate transactions, leases.
Fiscal: Counseling on commercial and civil aspects. Preventive advisory on eventual tax charges that may arise in the course of a real estate transaction (capital gain, payment of Asset Tax/IPI, registered IPI value). She has extensive experience in the fulfillment of the incentives that are circumscribed within the context of Law 158-01, which establishes the Law for the Promotion of Tourist Development for the poles of scarce development and new poles in the provinces and localities of great potential, and creates the Official Fund for the Promotion of Tourism, without this enunciation being limiting, exoneration to the payment of real estate transfer tax (3%), exoneration of payment of taxes on assets (ACT) and/or real estate property tax (IPI).
